Is my data part of your database?
Don’t worry, your data is completely private. The only person who can see your data is the one with the authorized email address. We don’t store your data at all—it doesn’t even touch our database. It’s a direct transfer from HubSpot’s API through the application code, where it’s turned into an Excel file for you to download.
We also use point to point security so no one can intercept the information while you are connecting to a portal.
Your information stays secure throughout the whole process!
How does DataQuick integrate with HubSpot securely?
DataQuick uses OAuth 2.0 to authenticate any portal that you have super admin rights to. OAuth is like a digital key that lets you share your stuff without giving away the whole lock. It's a safer way to let apps and websites access your information without risking your security.
Is it worth it?
The value proposition is really up to you, but on average we found that DataQuick will save you between 4 and 6 hours of manual work. If time matters to you, then DataQuick might be your solution.
What data does DataQuick export?
DataQuick only exports the data points of your CRM’s architecture. It includes a summary tab and separate tabs with data for:
- Call properties
- Cart properties
- Company properties
- Contact properties
- Deal properties
- Feedback survey properties
- Invoice properties
- Marketing event properties
- Order properties
- Product properties
- Ticket properties
- Workflow properties
- Custom object properties
Which includes:
- Property name
- Internal name
- Field type
- Description
- Group name
- Created by
- Forms used on
- Options (if applicable)
This does NOT include:
- Specific contact records
- Specific deal information
If you need a tool to export specific contact, deal and/or activity data out of HubSpot, we recommend utilizing the export your records tool within HubSpot. DataQuick will only show you the architecture and structure of your data - not the specific records like you would find in your live CRM.
What format is the exported data in?
DataQuick exports your HubSpot property and object information into an Excel XLSX file which can be opened and edited in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Objects are exported into separate tabs. In each tab you’ll find specific property information for those objects. You’ll also have a summary tab that shows you what all object types and the number of custom properties and the number of total properties per type.
You can see an example of what the export looks like in our demonstration video:
What HubSpot Level of Access do I need?
In order to use DataQuick you need to be a Super Admin, Partner Admin or have permissions to Private App Scopes on the portal you are going to authorize. This will be done via an OAuth setup between DataQuick and the HubSpot portal.
How is DataQuick different from the built-in “export your records” tool and other data export tools?
Existing data export tools focus on just that - exporting the data itself. This includes contact records, call records, payments, etc. that are tied to specific contacts, companies and/or deals. Most often, this is in the form of a .csv file.
DataQuick focuses on the export of your data infrastructure. The ELI5 version is these are the labels you use to organize data points. In HubSpot, those are objects and properties. Right now, most export tools will only show you that information in how it relates to a specific object like a specific contact in your CRM. DataQuick shows you all property types that exist, where they exist and how they’re connected together.
Does DataQuick clean data?
No. DataQuick is a data architecture export tool, which means that it does not:
- Analyze data
- Auto-clean data
- Auto de-dupe data
- Autonomously manage data
- Report on data
- Sync properties from DataQuick back into HubSpot (For now! This feature is coming soon.)
DataQuick allows you to view, document and audit all of your data points in one convenient place. It is not designed to offer the same functionality as data mapping, reporting and clean-up tools. In fact - those tools often work in harmony after you’ve used DataQuick to kickstart your data management and cleanup process.
How much does DataQuick cost?
DataQuick is priced per portal, starting at $525 for the Professional version which includes all available HubSpot objects at the Free, Starter, or Pro levels.
The Enterprise version gives you all that is included with the Professional plus Custom Objects which are available at the Enterprise level of HubSpot.
It can be re-used multiple times on the same portal.

Who created DataQuick?
DataQuick was developed by BizzyWeb - a platinum HubSpot partner, web design and marketing agency. It was originally created as an internal tool to problem solve our own needs. Our HubSpot team members would frequently need to have full insight into what properties already existed within a new-to-them-but-not-NEW HubSpot portal, and there was no easy way to do that. Our development team rose to the challenge and created DataQuick as a way to easily export data. Our HubSpot team raved about it to other HubSpot contractors and agencies who wanted to try it too - so we decided to make it a public product for any HubSpot admin.
